Bilbao Hosts Barcelona within the Quarter-Finals of the King’s Cup

Barcelona club will face Atletico Bilbao in the quarter-finals of the King’s Cup today, Thursday, at the “San Mamés” stadium.

The conflict between the coaches, French Zidane and Spanish Quique Setién will be exciting in the coming months due to the important games crucial for Barcelona and Real Madrid, in order to determine the identity of the “League” champion in the 2019-2020 season.

In the details of the burning competition for the Spanish league title for this season, Real Madrid leads the “La Liga” with 52 points, ahead of its competitor Barcelona, who collected 49 points so far, and 15 rounds remain before Quique and Zidan to collect the most points on the way to the title.

And before the expected confrontation between Real Madrid and Barcelona on the first of next March, each team will play two matches: Real Madrid will face Celta Vigo at home and Levante outside their stadium, while Barcelona will play the two meetings in “Camp Nou” against both Getafe CF and SD Eibar.

In case that the two teams win the two matches before the expected “El Clásico”, the Royal Club raises its score to 58 points, Barcelona to 55, and the three points difference remains, so the Real Madrid victory will drive him away by six points and get closer to the “La Liga” title, while Barcelona’s victory will lead to tie with (58) points.

After facing the El Clásico, Real Madrid will play the following matches away from home (Real Betis, Real Sociedad, Espanyol, Athletic Bilbao, Granada, and CD Leganes) while playing at home against Eibar, Valencia, Mallorca, Alaves, and Villarreal.

As Barcelona play home matches against Getafe, Eibar, Real Sociedad, Leganes, Athletic Bilbao, Atletico Madrid, Espanyol and Osasuna, and outside “Camp Nou” against Mallorca, Seville, Celta Vigo, Villarreal, Valladolid and Alaves.
