Hamilton Takes Pole Position in the Grand Prix of Brazil

The British driver, Lewis Hamilton, who took the title of the World Championship, win the qualifying experiments of the Grand Prix of Brazil, the penultimate round of the F1 World Championship for the 2018 season, and will be the first in the race on Sunday.

Hamilton was the fastest driver on the Interlagos circuit during the qualifying rounds, which was 1 minute and 7.281 seconds, 0.093 seconds ahead of Ferrari driver Sebastian Vettel, and 0.160 seconds ahead of Finland’s Valtteri Potas, who finished third.

Germany’s Kimi Raikkonen was fourth, Dutchman Max Verstappen was fifth and Australian Daniel Ricciardo was sixth. Seventh place was for Marcus Eriksson, and eighth and ninth places were for Charles Leclerc of Monaco and Swiss Romain Grosjean. while Pierre Gasly arranged the top ten.

Hamilton extended his record for the first time in 82 years and the tenth season of his fifth title. Mercedes will guarantee the title of Interlagos on Sunday if Ferrari failed to get 13 points more than that.
