Lewis Hamilton Leading the starting line of the Great Belgium Award

British driver Lewis Hamilton took the lead in Belgium Grand Prix in the official Formula 1 trials.

At the Spa-Francorchamps, in the rain, the leaders of the standings advanced their first rival to the German title, Sebastian Vettel, Ferrari driver.

France’s Racing Point Force India captain Esteban Okon came in third and fellow Mexican Sergio Perez, who finished fourth.

Hamilton, the world champion, topped the season by a score of 0.726 on Vettel, who won the Belgian title for the 24-point difference.

Frenchman Roman Grosjean came in fifth and Kimi Raikkonen was sixth, while seventh-placed Dutchman Max Verstappen went to the Red Bull, while Daniel Ricciardo came eighth.
